Purchased file did not download to silhouette studio






















So I think it may be trying to come up more then once. I get the back page while the thing is stilling coming up. And the program seems to not be running quite right, however I am new at it. But it was better before could you please help me with some advise. Thank you Debra. I have the original Silhouette Software on my mac.

I have now purchased a new Cameo should I delete the software on my mac before installing the new software? If so how? I want to install the silhouette cameo to my new computer.

If I de-activate my license key from my old computer to my new computer will I lose all my file designs that I save to my library?

These are files that I created and saved them to the silhouette studio library. I just purchased a Cameo 3. I have registered and downloaded the software as well as purchased files to use. I have Wi-Fi and even connected through a dedicated line. Please note that the price will increase for the additional file type.

For the sake of convenience, you can adjust your Silhouette Design Store account settings by checking the box labeled "Automatically download a copy of my purchases to my hard disk".

This option will automatically download a compressed version of all of your purchases so you can find your SVG files immediately after purchase. It will prompt you to sign in for the cloud. Do this. On the left side of the screen, you will see your email address with a green check mark. Under this you will see, "Library. The chat is typically the fastest way to get in touch with them on their website. I am also having no luck, but your guide was very well put together. I made it to the last step and tried live chat during operating hours and waited over an hour with no response. I am now taking it up on myself to uninstall and re-install and try again. Thank you so much! It may just depend on the file type. A svg file is just a cut file, it may show an image but it will be the image of the pieces of the file, not a completed project image because that data is not there. Thank You just by clicking and unclicking the work off line button under my name it started working.
